Here incredibly late, but I think Mankrik can go into any deck. Aggro loves an efficiently statted minion, and it especially loves hitting the opponent for 3 for free. Midrange loves the stats and the board advantage it creates. Even control can make use of him because of the card efficiency and advantage he creates by being a 6/14 that can eat multiple removal spells.

I’m just realizing how well Malygos the Spellweaver helps facilities CThun the Shattered. While that 9 mana cost isn’t great, it can help you search your deck for all of the CThun Pieces depending on your hand size.

3:50 that’s how I thought it worked too, but now the more I think about it and the exact wording, it’s more likely that all future shuffled Sunscale Raptors after the first would just be 3/4 and not keeping building on each other. I think the key here is that it says shuffle “a Sunscale Raptor” not, “a copy of this Sunscale Raptor” into your deck. So if the 3/4 raptor activated, it would just shuffle more 3/4s into the deck

The way sunscale raptor is worded he's shuffling a vanilla sunscale raptor since he's not specifying it being a copy of himself. If he's actually shuffling a copy than that's incredibly badly worded and in 2021 Blizzard can't be that inconsistent and expect money from people.

For Sunscale Raptor, the buffed versions wouldn't shuffle in extra buffed versions, right? Because you're just shuffling a buffed version of the card and not a buffed copy with the same buffs

My concern looking at all these spells is that they are epic and higher, which makes me wonder how much dust is required for cards that have high level synergy

I way prefer the rank-style cards over the schemes of old: schemes are atroicous topdecks, while ranks are much more flexible - making them actually playable in the lategame.

pretty sure that's not how sunscale raptor will work - it doesn't say copy of this minion so it will not have additive stats - they will always put a 1 mana 3/4 into your deck

The phrasing on Sunscale Raptor is really weird. For it to be stacking it would need to say "Shuffle a copy of this into your deck, with permanent +2/+1" because with the phrasing as it is you would shuffle a vanilla S-Raptor into your deck when you trigger it again with the new S-Raptor. Maybe it means that the new stats can't be silenced because it counts towards the baseline stats, and not as a buff? But why not let it shuffle an other card name then? Blizzard really needs to get their rulewords in check. (Things like "Shuffle", "Copy", "Summon", "Cast" and "Play")

I know people who have attempted to try the game, new and returning players, only for the amount of learning game mechanics to be a giant deterrent.

Man, every new expansion feels like theyre recycling effects from previous ones, i mean nothing really looks new or fresh. Its like "Ive seen that before!". Same effect with a twisted activation requirement, or same effect but powercreeped stats. Boring :/

Great custom card idea. So basically theres this 1/1 chicken, right, but its angry, not like angry chicken but angry in a different way. For you see this chicken is hiding its true potential, for it has frenzy: this minion gains +6 attack. Now isn't that unique.

The way that lion is drawn hardcore confirms that there are some huge furry artists working at blizzard now lol. Ardenweald already confirmed that, but just LOOK at the way the eyes are drawn on that lion, that's signature furry animated style right there.

Firstly, Maly, etc. Aren’t being changed but instead new versions are being released. The old versions still exist so not dust refund. As for classic cards, it’s generally best to keep them unless you absolutely need the dust since they are still usable in wild and classic mode. Even if you don’t play those modes they are still used in tavern brawl, duels and such. Basic cards however will be becoming disenchantable so it is worth disenchanting your gold basic cards. TLDR: No dust refunds. Don’t disenchant cards *Before* the changes. You can still disenchant them afterwards for the same return so wait, think carefully about whether you may want those cards in future and only then disenchant them.

I remember blademaster from Warcraft 3. He was pretty badass, not gonna lie. He had stealth, sneak attack, high crit rating and huge crits, speed, and a spinny attack of doom which wrecks everything. Oh yeah and mirror image built in. Not too shabby at all.
