The way Tuchel talks about football makes Lampard sound like a random bloke from the pub who got the job. Love Lampard, but honestly Tuchel shows more love for the Chelsea academy than he ever did

I think his best trait is his Logical thinking. He makes choices that most managers might think are complicated, simple. He's very intelligent in his philosophy and in his understanding of why going on around him.

The thing why tuchel got problems with the sport directors of Dortmund (Watzke) and PSG (Leonardo) is that he is full honest. If he had to say something what he dont like he will do that straight in your face. Thats the only reason why he got sacked. It was never because of the results. At all of his stations as a coach he had the best point per game ratio.
