The funny thing is that Sony’s Ips are successful as hell but are almost all for adults. Being able to sell that good or similar to Nintendo games, which are for basically everyone with their rating, is insane. What a brand.

Seeing the emotions this project evoked in those creating it and then knowing how this game touched me... games as a medium really do transcend many other forms of media. This game was something special and will always be a top 5 all time great for me.

Thought the game was beautiful in the PS4, can't believe the difference 60fps makes on the PS5. It looks truly next gen from that alone.

The game is just a masterpiece from start to finish and with all its parts. The voice acting, the music, the story, the gameplay, ... you could experience the whole game without any bugs and just be amazed by all its details. An amazing accomplishment by the whole team and I am grateful this game exists. Seeing this documentary just gives us a glimpse into some parts of this. What an accomplishment!

I don’t know why but I just keep coming back to this video. I think I must have watched it all the way through at least 10 times. I come out of each watch learning something new and it’s just so interesting getting into the viewpoint of a team coming together to create a true masterpiece. A game that not only sets the bar for what a game can be, but for any form of visual or written art form.

Seeing JSE in there is just amazing

I know that no one from the team who made this game will see this but I feel compelled to say something about it. I've currently played through it 5 times completely and 3 times partially. Everything from the graphics and sound, combat, world structure, even the feel of the game is amazing. Playing through it this many times and I'm still moved by the story. As a gamer, a parent and a person this game has moved me. Seriously. To all who had a hand in creating this, thank you.

I definitely understood what people meant by Atreus being a little OP, though I can see they did their best to combat that by putting him in danger sometimes and limiting him and the things he can do while also not making him a huge burden, which is what a lot of people were probably afraid of. Atreus was such a great addition to the game and it would not have been the same without him.

Seeing this documentary puts game developers into perspective. Often, people think it’s just push a button and game appears and it’s not. I feel bad for CdProject Red. They went in big for cyberpunk and knew it wasn’t ready yet people were sending them death threats to release the game. So they did, and then people complain that it’s bad, the irony

Really uncomfortable moment at 1:32:45 when Chris was getting emotional about his kids, and he indicated that he was done speaking and the camera dude just left the camera on him all those extra awkward seconds. I am a UX/UI designer and I always dreamed of working for a Game studio. God of war was that game that taught me what goes behind making a game when I was a teen. It gave me a purpose, a dream to live. I could not stop crying watching this video. When dreams come true...it is just magical :)

Setting a release date before finishing the game is a TERRIBLE IDEA. So many games come out buggy because people are held to a certain date of release for the game. Finish the game. Once you’re confident in a bug free experience, then announce the release date. I feel so bad for everyone in this team that felt the crushing pressure of “March 13, 2018”
